Charitable Care Coalition Terms of Service

By using the Website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Welcome to Charitable Care Coalition's website (“us,’ “our,’ we ”the "Website"). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Website. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website.

1. Membership Levels

Charitable Care Coalition offers the following membership levels:

  • Standard Gold Plus Member: $39.00 monthly. Provides tailored specialized non-medical senior services.

  • Premium Gold Plus Member: $69.00 monthly. Provides the same services as Standard Gold Plus and also includes limited fiduciary duties for senior services.

  • Platinum Donor Member: $99.00 monthly. For philanthropic donors.

 

2.  Payment Terms and Conditions

  1.     •    Monthly Payment Deduction: By subscribing to our service, you authorize us to automatically deduct your specific membership monthly payment from the financial institution you enrolled with. This deduction will occur on the same day each month, corresponding to the date of your initial enrollment.

  2.     •    Payment Denial and Account Suspension: If a payment is denied for any reason, your account will be immediately suspended. During this suspension, you will not have access to any of the services or features of your account.


  3.      •   Account Restoration: Your account will only be restored once the outstanding payment is made. Restoration will occur as soon as the payment is successfully processed. You may need to reauthorize or update your payment information to ensure future payments are not denied.


  4.     •    User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your payment information.


  5.     •    Notification of Payment Issues: We will attempt to notify you via email if there is an issue with your payment. However, it remains your responsibility to resolve the payment issue promptly to avoid disruption of service.


  6.     •    Re-enrollment after Cancellation: If your account remains suspended due to non-payment, it may be subject to cancellation. Should you wish to re-enroll after cancellation, you will be required to pay any outstanding balances and may need to set up a new account.

 

By signing up for a membership through our Website, you agree to the specific rules and terms associated with that membership, which are separate from these Terms of Service.

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the sign-up process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • Use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Website or its users.

4. Account Maintenance and Indemnification

While we strive to maintain the Website, you acknowledge that the Website may be subject to interruptions or errors. You agree to indemnify and hold Charitable Care Coalition harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

5. Updates and Notice

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

 Charitable Care Coalition is not liable for any service issues arising from inaccurately submitted information by users. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

7. Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Texas, United States, before any legal action is taken in court. You agree to resolve any disputes through arbitration before pursuing any court action. Arbitration shall be in the residing state of Charitable Care Coalition.

8. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Charitable Care Coalition regarding the use of the Website. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
